Every year, ERA Brokers Consolidated and NAI Excel hold summer retreats at The Lucky 7 Ranch. This year, the companies wanted something unique and exciting, so I was tasked with planning, marketing, and running an event that would engage all ages.

I created the Ultimate Cowboy Showdown, a team-based “rodeo-style” competition with a grand prize of authentic cowboy belt buckles for the winning team.

To make the event inclusive, we also hosted a boot race for kids, ensuring everyone had a chance to participate and have fun.

As the event organizer, I:

• Designed custom hats, belt buckles, posters, instruction guides, score sheets, stickers, and fake tattoos.

• Coordinated logistics, secure supplies, set up, and run event to ensure smooth operations for all activities.

• Successfully marketed the event, attracting over 20 teams and more than 60 competitors for the Ultimate Cowboy Showdown.

The event was a huge success, bringing together families and colleagues for a memorable and fun-filled day at the ranch.
